1.-SCOUTING:
Scouting for a drone show is essential to determine if the chosen location is suitable for the aerial spectacle. During this process, various factors are evaluated, such as the size and shape of the space for drone takeoff, the presence of obstacles, and accessibility for both drones and personnel. Additionally, technical assessments are conducted to verify the quality of the GPS signal and other relevant aspects for the performance and operation of the drones. Scouting allows us to make strategic decisions about the event location, ensuring it meets the necessary requirements to deliver a successful drone show.
2. DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING:
The process of designing a choreography for a drone show is a meticulous and creative task that seeks to create impressive movements and formations. It begins by defining the objectives and artistic concept of the show, establishing the direction we wish to convey to the audience. Key moments of the show are then identified, where we aim to generate a remarkable visual impact. Afterwards, the sequence of movements and specific formations that the drones will execute during the spectacle is carefully programmed. This choreography is synchronized with the selected music, creating a harmonious and thrilling audiovisual experience.
Simulation tools are employed to enable clients to virtually visualize the show before its realization. The primary goal is to provide a realistic visual representation of the drone show, allowing clients to have a clear idea of how the spectacle will appear. This preview facilitates adjustments and modifications before testing and live execution.
3.-TESTING:
The testing phase in the show's planning is crucial, ensuring that drones execute the planned formations and offering a preview of how the spectacle will unfold in the designated area. During these tests, we verify that drones perform the required movements and maintain established formations in a coordinated way.
At the same time, these tests allow you to preview the visual appearance of the spectacle in the specific space where it will take place. Visual effects, formations, and movements can be evaluated from different angles and distances, considering the characteristics of the designated area. This preview provides the opportunity to make necessary adjustments in movements, formations, and visual effects, achieving a striking and visually appealing presentation.
The testing serves a dual function: ensuring compliance with the planned drone formations and enabling a preview of the spectacle in the designated area, perfecting the choreography to deliver a captivating experience to the audience.
4. SAFETY:
Safety in a drone show is essential to ensure the integrity of both spectators and the drones themselves. During this stage, security measures are implemented to protect the public and restricted areas are established to prevent direct overflights over the audience.
Firstly, a safety zone is defined and delimited where the audience can enjoy the spectacle securely. This restricted area ensures no risk of collision between drones and people, and provides a safe distance to view the show.
Additionally, these restricted zones are also implemented in the designated area for show preparation, safeguarding the proper execution of the spectacle and preventing interference from the audience that could disrupt the process or damage equipment.
By establishing these restricted areas, we protect both the drones and the public, minimizing the risk of accidents, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Moreover, as an additional safety measure, only certified and experienced pilots handle the equipment. These pilots have received the necessary training and certification to operate drones safely and efficiently.
